Yesterday, I had a huge craving for chocolate cake without frosting. So, I grabbed a cake mix (because I wanted to make it fast) After I had poured the cake batter into the pan, I had a stroke of brilliance hit me! I got out a microwave bowl. In the bowl, I "melted" or microwaved 1/4 cup peanut butter til it was sort of runny. Then, I added 1/4 milk and stirred til it was smooth. I poured the mixture into the the cake pan and swirled it around.
After I baked it, we tried it without frosting it. It tasted very similar to peanut butter bars, only light and fluffy. Yum!
