It has been awhile since I could post anything. I have been really sick the last little while, and sadly, it totally killed my creativity and desire to cook. My apologies.
Yesterday was the first day in awhile that I actually did any cooking. I didn't even do it all myself either. Anyway, I discovered some time ago that broiling chicken is much tastier than cooking it on the stove in a frying pan. Last night, my husband expressed an interest in learning how I prepare the chicken to be broiled so he could do it for me.
"It's really easy," I said. He replied with "I will watch and learn." I then was struck with inspiration, and proceeded to "teach" him to cook the chicken in the voice of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets. He found that pretty funny...
Well, I am going to make more of an effort to actually post, now that I am feeling somewhat better.
